First, check that the lock responds after pressing the white power button found on its top right. The lock flashes white, accompanied by a regular beep.

If the red fastener is only halfway down, check that the metal ring is not obstructed by one of the bike's spokes.

If the lock flashes red and emits a beep after you have presented your card or entered your code, check the status of your rides to make sure you haven't already rented another bike.

Also check that you have entered the right code.

If the problem occurs after unlocking has been validated by your card or code (2 green flashes and 2 beeps), check that the metal locking ring is not stuck in one of the bike's spokes.

The deposit is returned approximately 72 hours after the end of your daily subscription's validity.

The initial deposit will be refunded minus the cost of the journeys made during your daily subscription's period of validity.

Although the operations service tries to maintain the fleet in the best possible conditions for use, some bikes may get damaged.

Before taking a bike, it is the user's responsibility to check the bike's condition and that it is working properly (brakes, dynamo, lights, etc.).

If any damage or malfunction is found, the bike must not be rented and the hotline must be notified of the damage immediately to +393913797680 or on the app.

A ride is considered completed when the bike is returned to the station and locked there.

Once the fastener has been manually lowered, a green flashing light accompanied by two quick beeps confirms the return of the bike.

The bike lock can be unlocked using the customer code sent by email when purchasing a subscription or viewable on the velospot app or an Android phone.
