Annual subscriptions offer 30 free minutes per trip (depending on the type of use - see subscription details) from the time the bike leaves the station until it is returned and locked.
The no basic fee offers (B-Quick) are charged from the moment the customer opens the lock.
A ride is considered complete when the bike has been returned to the station and locked at the station.
As soon as the red clasp has been manually lowered, two short beeps confirm that the bike is locked.
A push/mail alert confirms the end of the rental. For more details on how to open and lock the bike or download the Velospot application, see the "How it works" section.
Although the maintenance service aims to keep the fleet in the best possible condition for use, bicycles may be damaged.
It is the user's responsibility to check the condition of the bike and its proper operation (brakes, dynamo, lights, etc.) before use.
In case of detected damage or malfunction, the bike must not be rented and Intermobility SA must be informed immediately of any damage (031 557 50 90, or via the app).
First check that the lock responds after pressing the white power button on the top right of the lock. The lock should flash blue.
If the lock is flashing red and beeping after you place your card or enter your code, check your shopping status to make sure you have not already rented another bike and that your account still has a positive balance.
Also, make sure you have entered the correct code.
If the problem occurs after opening with your card or code (2 green flashes with 2 beeps) and a continuous beep accompanied by a white flash, check that the metal locking ring is not blocked by one of the bike's spokes.
In case of other problems, please contact the hotline at 031 557 50 90.
As a reminder: during a ride, the customer is responsible for the bike. Therefore, before registering, it is necessary to take out third party liability insurance or equivalent insurance in accordance with the general terms and conditions of use.
